The Supreme Court on Friday (May 30) directed the National Board of Examination not to hold NEET-PG 2025 in two shifts, observing that such an exam will create arbitrariness. The Supreme Court observed that there was still time left to make necessary arrangements for the exam scheduled to be held on June 15. The Supreme Court directed the NBE to make arrangements to hold NEET-PG 2025 in a single shift ensuring transparency.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार (30 मई) को National Board of Examination को निर्देश दिया कि वह NEET-PG 2025 को दो शिफ्ट में आयोजित न करे, क्योंकि इस तरह की परीक्षा से मनमानी होगी व परिक्षार्थियो को इसकी वजह से परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि 15 जून को होने वाली परीक्षा के लिए जरूरी इंतजाम करने के लिए अभी भी समय बचा है अतः आप इसके लिए पर्याप्त तैयारी करे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने NBE को निर्देश दिया कि वह पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करते हुए NEET-PG 2025 को एक ही शिफ्ट में आयोजित करने की व्यवस्था करे।

Rejecting the argument of the NBE that in the entire country and considering the technological advancements in this country, the examining body could not find enough centres to hold the examination and one shift. Justice Vikram Nath directed the authorities concerned to make arrangements for holding the exam in one shift and to ensure that complete transparency is maintained.
NBE आरगुमेंट को रिजेक्ट करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा: “हम यह स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं कि पूरे देश में और इस देश की तकनीकी प्रगति को देखते हुए परीक्षा हेतु एक पारी में परीक्षा आयोजित करने के लिए पर्याप्त केंद्र नहीं मिल सके न्यायमूर्ति विक्रम नाथ ने संबंधित अधिकारियो को एक पारी में परीक्षा आयोजित करने की व्यवस्था करने तथा पूर्ण पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश प्रदान किये।
